How would you classify your diet?
- 1. Vegan
- 2. Vegetarian
- 3. An omnivore
- 4. Primarily a carnivore
- 5. Pescatarian
In the pursuit of proper nutrition, which today is associated not only with healthy products, as well as a trend or a tribute to fashion, some people become vegans or vegetarians. Their difference lies in the fact that vegan is a strict vegetarian, who consumes only foods of plant origin, completely abandoning the food of animal origin. The main argument for this position is a highly negative attitude towards the killing of animals and fish. Vegetarian is a person who gave up meat but can consume milk, dairy products, and eggs.
Some people do not consider it advisable to abandon animal food: first, it is a source of protein, and secondly, it’s delicious. Their diet is diverse and includes any food. Another category – people who eat mostly meat, giving it the preference among other products.
So, who are you: vegan, vegetarian, omnivore or a person who eats mostly meat?
